Card Thief is the next release from Arnold Rauers studio, in the portfolio of which there are not so many games, but each of them has a unique style and non-standard graphics, and this novelty is no exception. On the move to determine which specific genre this game belongs to is simply impossible, since there are elements of arcade, puzzle, and card RPG. The protagonist is a professional thief who gets into the houses and mansions of wealthy citizens in order to steal something valuable and rare, gaining quite a lot of money from the dealers for this. So, every game level is an object that our character has to clean up as soon as possible. The gameplay is implemented in the format of collector cards, which we will operate on, performing this or that task. By the way, do not think that everything will happen as "clockwork", because the treasures and values are day and night under the all-seeing eye of guards, so once again they do not come across. The game space in the Card Thief project for the Android platform consists of nine stylishly decorated cards. Our thief is one card, respectively, the other eight cards are watchful and suspicious guards, which need to be fooled around, as well as bonuses, torches and doors leading to values. While our hero is in the shadows, that is, a special indicator is at zero level, he can easily create his dark deeds, remaining unnoticed and as a result not caught. However, if this parameter changes, our protagonist will be instantly taken under the white hands and shackled sent to live his age in places not so remote. To make this happen as rarely as possible, and special bonuses are used - they extinguish torches or restore the secretiveness of our character, but the number of such "buns" is very limited.
